I've always loved sewing and drawing since watching my mum when I was little.  I graduated in 1996 with a first class degree in surface decoration and since then I've had greeting cards published, exhibited and won all sorts of prizes and had my work turned into mugs for John Lewis.  I've also done a house up, got married and had a little girl. 

I take inspiration from the countryside around our home and going to the seaside on holiday.  My work is painstakingly hand stitched using my vast collection of fabrics, occasionally including my husband's shirts which may still have some wear in them, but he hasn't noticed yet! 

Each piece takes forever but I love doing it - hope you enjoy my work!
